These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any Shopify theme extension or service provided by AGX Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our apps.
AGX Apps creates lightweight Shopify theme extensions designed to enhance store functionality and customer experience. Our apps are available through the Shopify App Store and integrate directly with your online store via Shopify’s theme editor and customization system.
You must be a registered Shopify merchant and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. By installing our apps, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps solely on your Shopify store.
You may customize the app using Shopify's theme editor but may not alter or redistribute the source code outside Shopify’s ecosystem.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass Shopify’s or AGX Apps’ restrictions or security controls
Our apps are billed through Shopify’s billing system.
Pricing: [e.g. $2.99/month with 7-day free trial]
Billing: Handled entirely by Shopify. You may cancel anytime via your Shopify admin.
Refunds: Subject to Shopify’s standard refund policy.
AGX Apps does not collect or store personal data from you or your customers.
Theme settings and configurations used for rendering visual elements (e.g. video links, color preferences, layout positioning)
No customer names, emails, or contact details
No tracking cookies, analytics, or behavioral data
No payment or financial information

We strive to ensure our apps remain functional and compatible with Shopify’s evolving ecosystem.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at [your support email].
We do not guarantee uptime or bug-free performance.
Feature availability may change without notice.
All content, code, trademarks, and branding related to AGX Apps remain our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except as allowed under these Terms.
You may uninstall our app at any time via the Shopify admin. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
Upon uninstallation:
Your license to use the app ends immediately
All app-related data is removed from your theme
No backup or data is retained by us
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://www.agxapps.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AGX Apps is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our apps.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
